I’ve had a Tesla wall, plug in my garage for almost 2 years and recently the app came up with a message saying

Charge rate reduced - Wall plug temperature high

Wall outlet and wiring inspection recommended

Who would you recommend I call? Thanks.

Call a licensed electrician. If you are using a NEMA 14-50 plug to plug in your portable charger, there might be a problem with the plug itself. The standard plug you can buy at Home Depot or Lowe's isn't meant for the Tesla charger. It can overheat and cause a fire. You can pick up a commercial-grade plug (probably $100 or more) at an electrical supply store.
