Many times while traveling I have sat in my car at a Supercharger, simply because there wasn’t much else to do. On a lot of these occasions, the car had light road grime and/or rain spots. I wanted to clean it off, but there didn’t seem to be a viable way to do that without carrying a lot of supplies (water, bucket, etc.).
Until now!
I talked about it with a detailer, and he recommended a product that is a (practically) waterless, “no wash” car wash.
This stuff isn’t cheap, but it’s highly concentrated.
I add a tiny amount to a 1 quart spray bottle and fill it with water. That and a couple of microfiber cloths is all you need to carry in your frunk!
Then all I have to do is spray a small area at a time (1-2 square feet), wipe softly with one cloth, and dry it with the other.
I can go over the entire car in about 10 minutes!
I also have a small bottle with some of the concentrate in it, in case I need more while on a trip.
